Join Alex Zimmerman as he recounts how he designed and built his small open sail and oar boat and, over the course of two summers, journeyed the length of BC’s Inside Passage with it. Learn some practical tips for self-propelled travel by small open boat. Meet some of the engaging people he encountered. Above all, share with him some of the exhaustion, wonder, joy, fear and awe he experienced along the way.
