After a long winter, and the move to the new store location at the base of China Town, Ocean River has been working hard over the past month to expand their docks and build a custom paddling facility downtown for residents and visitors of Victoria. This new facility will have the same great boat storage for private boats, rentals, tours and courses but will be much larger in scale, and brand new.
